VYGO is a PINK stock, this isn't APPLE, as far as a good investments go.
Either people are comfortable trading the OTC market or they aren't, but MOST look at trading pinks as just that - a trade, not an investment.

This is a message board - more opinions than fact are posted here, but I have never understood how it helps anyone to consistently post falsehoods, innuendo, or unsubstantiated hints of inside information.
Nor do I call that "doing DD" of any sort.

However - I did buy into this pink stock, based on the acquisition.
I have read all pertinent information I could find, I have been in contact with Stan Wilson by email, and I have listened to those who have spoken to Vince Smith.
I have made money trading this stock, and I expect to make more.

These are my opinions, and the only opinion I need in order to assess whether to trade any stock.
