This is good news indeed "TOUCAN"!
Thank you much for finding and posting this!

How many of us have seen a good stock (pink or otcbb) decline (along with our money) for no apparent reason?

FINRA's new rule 4320 could be a major turning for pinks/otcbb.
This could also be a turning point for EVCA stock.
This has been a very long time coming and way overdue.
Feb 28 is only one week from this Monday. =)
