"Now all the naysayers can stop complaining about the financials not being disclosed."
With a normal Pink Sheet stock I would always worry about the mere fact that they pre-announce that they're going to announce something. Especially when they make that announcement to a self-selected group of insiders during trading hours.
Just like when a loss-making Pink Sheet stock announces they've signed a letter of intent with another loss-making Pink Sheet stock and "investors" can exepct to see great things in, say, six months' time.
Or when a Pink Sheet stock says they're going to "uplist" to a slightly less disreputable exchange.
That's because almost invariably it turns out that none of those forward-looking statements come to pass. Why, I have even seen Pink Sheet stocks falsify their financial filings with Pink Sheets, believe it or not.
Thank Heavens LLEG is a different type of Pink Sheet stock and we can all rest assured that everything here is all completely above board and in shipshape order.
