Do you guys think that the units being demanufactured are coming from the local market there in Fort Erie? These things are coming in from across north america. The Fort Erie location is apparently ideal because the local government there is willing to work with industries to bring in new jobs and help develop the local economy. Add in the fact that you have water port, railway, and motorway access, and Fort Erie just seems to be a good choice. That would be like saying Detroit should have stopped when they built one car plant.
If the demanufacturing plants were relying on only units from the surrounding area, then sure, 2 in one city might be a lot. But that is simply not the case here.
