As per the below link, what I understood is that ADSV (then different name) bought CGM from Erik on 2005. Then they defaulted the payment in 2008. However in 2008, Erik let them continue to run the business with increased loan amount, all due in March 2011.
So my question is:
Did Erik signed an agreement with ADSV as a part of this extension of pay date, that if ADSV defaults again in March 2011 then Erik will take away the business from ADSV?
Is it possible Erik could buy the entire ADSV and keep ADSV still public as it is today?
