San sorry Sec has no financial statement 10q or 10K reporting requirements if stock trade in the pinksheet market. Look around ti easy to know that when so few pinks file. With OTCBB they have reporting requirements and if you fail to file 10q and 10k's you can be taken off OTCBB and then trade on pinks. Gee this is not new with pink sheet market or same think over the counter market. Any market below OTCBB doesn't have 10q and 10K reporting requirements. If they don't file financials they still can trade.
