I agree with that. I'm sure Frank realizes that he doesn't need 4 billion shares to have an enjoyable retirement, etc., but unless he maintains 51% or more, he won't be the majority shareholder, so if he is to retire more shares, Q Television will have to buy more up.

Is there another way of doing this?
