You might just have to continue keeping Berlin afloat if the PUC denies approval? If the PUC denies approval they are essentially obligating the rest of NH to keeping Berlin financially viable, isn't that sad? Denial means, "sorry unemployed Berlin citizens, the jobs and revenue you were counting on aren't going to happen". If these members vote against the PPA they need to drag their rearends to Berlin, and sit down in a town hall setting and have a meeting to explain to the good citizens of Berlin why they decided to screw them!!!!!!!!
