EarnestDD, I looked again at the last 10Q (SEE BELOW LINK)and I see that the deficit was offset almost completely by "Additional paid-in capital". What did really happen to make the accumulated deficit disappear? You are correct, they do not have enough carryover deficit to make this stock worth even 1/10th of a penny.
Since there will be no takeover, what do you think will happen next to keep this delusion continuing until the crooks are able to dispose of most of their shares at a profit!
