Just wanted to let followers know there is a sister board you can now go to for more specific SOS state information and questions regarding filings and the processes for each state. Creede has been putting together a nice place to compile all that information. Ideally, it is the place people can go for specific state SOS information and more specific questions on how different SOS's operate. That we can keep this board focused on analyzing the SOS Changes, and it should help keep things less cluttered. Either way, nice to have another board in the SOS family. Step by step we are all attempting to unravel what is going on behind the scenes of many of these OTC/Pink stocks.
