I feel a need to respond to your mis-leading statement. (even though I quit smoking 4 years ago).
Cigarette smoking does not kill. It reduces the length of your life, but it does not kill. It's not like you light up a fag and keel over. It's not like getting shmucked by a car or shot with a gun.

ps I agree with your assessment about pot. It was made illegal due to crooked political dealings. It's a waste of our court and jail systems time and resources (that could be used to go after the real problem drugs). We could also tax the beejesus out of it, make a lot of money for our governmental coffers, and it would still be cheaper than pack of cigarettes.
