NEW YORK, NY--(Marketwire - 02/18/11) - United Treatment Centers, Inc. (Pinksheets:UTRM - News), http://www.thewaterlesstoothbrush.com/, the developer and marketer of a new innovative Waterless Toothbrush, released an Update to Shareholders today on its business plan for rolling out its proprietary Waterless Toothbrush in 2011.

Frank Ottaviani, President of United Treatment Centers, said, "Now that we have resolved some issues that were holding us back from executing our business plan in 2010, we are now moving forward in re-introducing our Waterless Toothbrush. Prior to yesterday's press release, we have not had a press release since August, 2010. That lack of communication will now change and shareholders can expect much more frequent updates."

United Treatment Centers' business plan for building a revenue base from sales of the Waterless Toothbrush include:

* Obtaining General Services Administration (GSA) approval to sell to U.S. Government agencies and Departments
* Closing on already initiated sales negotiations from 2010
* Fulfilling long delayed online orders (WHEN???, WHAT's THE REASON FOR THE DELAY???)
* Re-launching international distributor network
* Restarting media exposure plan with new name for Waterless Toothbrush (TBA) (Will Dina Lohan be tasked with this "Restart?)
* Introduce the disposable version of the Waterless Toothbrush (They have yet to announce shipments of the current model, and they are planning a line extension?)
* Introduce a veterinary version of the Waterless Toothbrush targeted to pet owners, dog and cat grooming clinics, and veterinary practices (They have yet to announce shipments of the current model, and they are planning a line extension?)

Todd Spinelli, Vice President of United Treatment Centers, said, "We are excited to be finally free to build our Waterless Toothbrush franchise. Although it may have appeared from the outside that we have been idle for the past few months, we have actually been pursuing business relationships and supplier contacts in preparation for our re-launch. We appreciate our shareholders' patience, albeit involuntary (involuntary?? LMAO-- Did shareholders not have the ability to sell???), but we are committed to building significant shareholder value from these current levels. We know that the market for the Waterless Toothbrush is huge with interest expressed from a number of government agencies and other countries and we intend to tap that market potential as quickly as possible. "

According to prior PR's, UTRM is sitting on (at least) 1,500,000 Aqua... branded toothbrushes. How are they going to mask/obliterate the Aqua... logo and apply a replacement logo on so many units? Do they have any employees? Do they have any warehouse space? Are major chain stores willing to take a gamble on a product whose infrastructure boasts 2 employees? (Orto and Spin)

Where are the ingredients for their dentifrice?
Where can the toxicity studies be found?
Is their dentifrice proved as non-toxic for vetinary use?

Why is their website still featuring content on their allegedly discontinued medical and dental services?
