I want to thank everyone that replied to my last post. I hope I can meet you all once this ship we are on begins to fly, and it will. It may fly to the moon and beyond but the bottom line is this ship will fly and DNAP will be a company with value.
There is much said about the Bethel deal and the terms. Why is Bethel giving up such a promising prospect? The answer is that Bethel is a non profit organization and they want to see results. DNAP is for profit and DNAP will solve the drug problems presented. The non profit is given a healthy fee and DNAP will earn substantial revenues. The revenues will become more substantial as DNAP enters into a marketing agreement with one from the "BIG PHARMA". Once the drug is improved "Big Pharma" will take the lead and sell this thing to the max. Big profits for DNAP and the "Big Pharma".
The point to understand is that the fun will not stop there. Once it is seen that DNAP can perfect a drug, such as a super EPO, and partner with a Big Pharma for marketing, the flood gates will open. There will be many drug deals, from the Big Pharma, perfect and develope. The bottom line is both will profit and both will succeed.
We own this stock for a reason, we believe in what DNAP does and we think they will succeed. I am a huge risk taker and have made and lost hunderds of thousands of dollars with various investment vehicles. I only own over 4 million shares of this stock. I have been in much riskier situations than this one and have made money on my decision. I think "our" holdings and beliefs in this company will come true and pay off in the long run for all of us.
Medical history is unfolding right before our eyes and we own a part of it. DNAP will be a strong drug developer and perfector and partner with the Big Pharma to sell and market their work. The thing to remember is that both will profit and both will succeed.
Perhaps the stock will go down Monday or Tuesday and there may be more dillution. But we must focus on the long term and this companies prospects. Think about it, can you name a BB stock that is always in the top 5 as far as posts? This stock is 1 penney a share but there are so many people that feel it will be worth much more in the future. I am one of them and I know it will happen soon.
The Cubs won today, which I am happy about. I have a fantasy league created with many of the old Cubs players from the 80's. Players like Andre Dawson, Ryne Sandberg, Dave Kingman, Keith Moreland, and Jody Davis. I love those days, I was a great ball player back then... I am older now, sandberg is retired in the Hall of Fame. It is amazing how time goes by so fast..... can't we make it slow down or stop?
