How to take this to a penny or more without the news.

All longs willing to hold longer term on this play, if in fact you mean what you say....get organized with your multiple millions or even hundreds of millions of shares. Call your brokers on a set date and demand your shares issued to you. Take hundreds of millions of shares out of the hands of the brokers pool.

You may own your shares on the record but your broker is trading them in a pool of shares. Remove that option all at once3 and see what happens. Do it before the news is released and see where the price goes.

The people on this board have the power to control this. If someone orgnizes the effort. Who is capable and willing to do it?

Who would join? Even if you only ask for half your shares issued to paper it might do the trick.
