Document 547: An interesting read ! It's only 9 pages.

Davis "Accounting" Group was trying to SELL the Books and Tax records of CPRK (Q) to the Equity Committee ! And Davis was looking to be hired by the "new" CPRK as it's CFO. LOL !

My interpretation only, but I think it's accurate.

If I'm not right, someone smarter than me on these legal matters please comment.
