Found elsewhere (and I thought it might be of particular interest to you, moonieman):

XXX and all ...

Everyone's hit the nail on the head: XXXX (and raging bull) are in it to make money and the days of legitimate exchanges of thoughts and ideas disappeared years ago. Individuals or groups of posters or parties interested in the outcome of any stock's success or failure can work together to make the bb do their bidding. How? I'm not sure but it happens.

One of the first posters to be summarily dismissed from RB was DDMan who was posting on the LOCHLONG board. All his posts went in a flash and he unable to post further. This happened some time ago when he was giving reasonable and informed posts about Loch Harris and its likely future. Before the total ban took place, several lochsters appeared on the RB bprg board. Anyone who read that board then remembers them. Their goal? To get back at BJM, to discredit him, whom they knew to be the poster DDMan since his name and particulars were included on his alias page. Monsoonman, ugxh (something like that) and others opportunistically picked up on posts by one RIPxGel, who also had an agenda of his own.

I know both why DDMan included full information about himself and what RIPxGEL's agenda was.

Recently, a flock of so-called loch (or in its current incarnation, cdex)bashers were all liquidated over a weekend.

And a poster named "capnmike" in the last week or so decided that BJM is the leader of a basher "cabal" intent on destroying loch's newest iteration, CDEX, claiming that BPRG and BJM have competing interests. He actually posted the most unbelievably endless set of links to "make" his case. BJM has, I believe, grounds to initiate libel charges against capnmike, but I rather doubt he will, at least not right now.

My point in mentioning all this is simply to reinforce that indeed the internet has made possible all kinds of rotten activities for people inclined to use it for their own purposes.

I hope you'll continue posting. Spell your name backwards, tone it down, whatever, but don't let the rotten system win.

btw, moonieman ... when was it that cdex emerged as a "viable company"? I think I missed it.

And your loyalty to nasfanium is laudable but kinda silly. A "stand-up guy"? Our very own nasfanium? The man who would (and did) happily break his employer's rules over a long length of time to promote a company he wanted to see make it bigg?

Welp, evidently he lost his job for being so stand-up. A true test of his dedication to the cause, that much I grant him (but not much more).

Carry on, moonieman.
