This stock is truly a lottery ticket. None of know what APP will report. If things were goo, you might think FKP could just come in and buy up all the stock but they can't because that would drive the price threw the roof as they would immediately suck up all the liquidity.

My guess is they want as many cheap shares as they can get over these last few days. If they drive the price up, they defeat their purpose.

Also think about this.

If APP exceeds the target in a time where they had everything go right, FKP wants to pay out as little as possible. If APP exceeds, they (FKP) owns a company that is worth more then originally valued ($23). SO therefore FKP is now worth more too. Not really a loss on their part.

And do you really think FKP wants an independent review of their books?
