So whats the point of having a voting right?

If BOD and CEO aren't nominated or voted on by shareholders, especially during difficult times.

Please explain what method of persuasion was used by Mr. DiGenova to get the BOD to vote in an ihub pumper.

Talk about a conflict of interest..
