I think you'd better go back and read what you wrote.

What you stated, and perhaps, what you meant to say, are two different things. The above implies that BCON told you they are definitely going to reverse split.

Had they actually told you that, it would be considered insider information and would be illegal.

Now you're telling us that you only IMPLIED from your conversation that that's what they will do.

Either way, I'm not sure whomever you talked with should have said anything to you concerning their current thoughts. They should have simply stated the official Investor Relations line and left it at that.

The SEC's pretty clear on that stuff. Ask Martha Stewart.
