This stock is going to have a very hard time getting going. Why? The company issued 200 million new shares to LaBlanc/Firma Gold to satisfy the tiny 60,000 dollar purchase price BTDG owed for the purchase of the moose pasture/fake gold mine in Canada as well as the 700 million shares it issued to LaBarre and Perlstein for back salaries.

Until the company can convince enough newbies to absorb the 200 million shares that Firma will undoubtedly be trying to sell, this stock is unlikely to be able to climb above the .0003 level. As we have seen over the past month or so, every time it tries to rally, it gets hosed by bidwhackers.

Wonder what the true O/S is now? At the end of the fourth quarter we now know it was over 3.1 billion shares, but just since the quarter ended, the company has issued at least another 900 million new shares--600 million to Labarre, 100 million shares to Perlstein, and 200 million shares to Lablanc.

As recently as the end of Sept 2009, the company only had 37 million shares outstanding. Now it has somewhere around 4 billion shares outstanding. That is enormous dilution of over 10,000% in only 15 months. What a scam.
