how many times does this need to be posted?

expo ~ is an electively reporting co.

the facts are very clear .. one can track exph's AS
from the moment they became a public company (docs
to confirm are located with both NV SOS and pink sheets)

it was 1B .. the AS would stay 1B from that point (aug 2006
even tho' that wasn't when first traded) until march 16, 2010

the reason for the first AS increase was 2 fold .. first
ETC couldn't be spun off due to a share discrepancy of *SIZE*
that was traced back to TDA .. who to this day .. has a lock
on buys of exph but *CONveniently* allows SELLs
we all know what is up with that .. the reason ETC was
being spun off was to access capital which is also shouldn't
come as a surprise to those who've done their DD

i have no issues seeing both sides .. i've never hesitated
to express my disappointment to mgmt (SM was a perfect example)
but it's also clear .. few understand the concept of what an
electively reporting co. on the OTC .. actually means

my rule of thumb re: OTC has evolved to the basics

legitimacy
survivability
transparency

there are no guarantees
and time frames are beyond elastic (which is why i give 3 to 5 yrs)

but the co. actually exists .. employs workers
has fortune 100 co.s as clients .. survived 2008
and 2010 .. neither of which was a given .. and is
now *imo* within weeks of delivering on their long
promised transparency .. which will include a change
of mgmt .. which is what i'm interested in re: EXPO's FUTURE

are common shares held by the new ceo
and intent re: co.s future
but then i'm an actual exph sor
which is why i've made the calls ALL ALONG THE WAY
