APEUF [.1092] has some holdings in Williston....

Their Canadian holdings didn't pan-out, so they're currently expanding their ops in the Permian Basin of West Texas. Beyond that, they have some attractive holdings in the Bakken/Williston:
"The Company has purchased a 50% working interest (W.I.) in 1,475 gross mineral acres located in Burke County, North Dakota U.S. Bakken Shale (located within the Williston Basin) in partnership with Oasis Petroleum (NYSE: OAS)."
