Thanks Yiddl, I am impatient like everyone else! If the price was falling on hi volume, I would have sold and moved on to the next one. But, I see no sign of concerted dumping-- no malicious manipulation-- just a falling PPS because of a lack of buying pressure. Painful, but there is some reason for the delay in news other than just trying to make some of our fellow shareholders suffer. So now hoping the end of the fiscal year is a pivot point for the company. They can't file income taxes until after the end of the fiscal year. Maybe not directly and maybe very directly, the last filing could be an important factor in forthcoming corporate finance, and, even for share structure. Hoping for the best for all, and, am not looking to a "chart" to give me guidance as to when to buy or sell. There is no history of PPS, nor history of volume, nor any other indicator that will not be torn asunder in the face of NEWS. News is what we need-- pure and simple. No need for any other kind of speculation until we get news. We all can rest assured that news will come. Nothing beyond impending news is for certain. Another thing cruising through my mind from time to time is whether or not this could be a complete scam. Don't think so-- the scammers will release news first before they dump-- so, even if total scam-- the price will pop with news. The delay in news is a good indication that this is a real company merging into this shell with the best of intentions. Scammers's greed would have gotten the best of them by now. The pop in PPS will probably be greater than justified initially-- if total scam-- informed stock holders will have time to bail. If great company as I hope for-- initial pop will also be excessive, but will not see same day crash. Either way, lots of potential to make big money with PFMS. POS is an inappropriate term for this stock. GLTA.
