I just find it interesting that a fully reporting and audited company with net assets of $966K as of September and that just secured $1.25 million in financing is only worth a little over $375K simply because they haven't issued a PR in 45 days - and that the latest filings in Delaware simply had a dilution clause on the preferred shares that were issued.

I love the panic because I love this type of risky investment. Greater risk = greater reward, don't play if you can't afford to.
