EarnestDD, I cannot believe how this scenario is unfolding and very few members of this board are presenting so little insight information on this scam company and this deal that has no substance whatsoever.

Hathaway the CEO of a private company in Spain? I think they are supposed to have annual sales of 500 million dollars. What an incredible fictitious tale created by some people in the Bahamas and a 71 year old accountant/doctor who lives somewhere in Canada and has never set foot in Switzerland to visit the virtual office with beautiful receptionists that can speak French, Italian and German and can provide all business services from taking orders to switching calls to Poulin and associates wherever they are.

Also, what a silly and stupid way to fool investors by providing the transcript of a private(non-existant) email from a nonexisting CEO concerning this deal. Any email coming from Spain is identified by its own provenance from the country itself.

I will stop here until I catch my breath...this story is so absurd that everyone should be able to see through this pack of lies!
