The A/S is 10,010,000,000. IMO, the plan may have been to issue five billion, and that extra 10 million I highlighted above would give them an edge, if they needed it. 5 billion O/S versus 5.01 A/S.
I don't really see that they have a business plan in place. The DVD player kind of confirms that. Hopefully, some of these other posters will be correct, and Hop-On will release some financial statements, which may give some a chance to unload and run. Unless, they actually show some profit.
