When there were only one billion authorized shares it seems to me that PM was DEFINITELY the 'majority' holder of the 'issued' ones, which apparently gave him the legal(?) right to authorize another 10 billion. Now, however, there is some question as to whether PM is 'still' the 'majority' holder, therefore, it SEEMS to me that we would have the LEGAL right to 'CONTEST' (and therefore RESTRICT, AT LEAST TEMPORARILY) his ability to either bring about a REVERSE SPLIT and/or AUTHORIZE any more shares. The 'AT LEAST TEMPORARILY' part is very important, I think, if you get my drift.....
