Something is a little weird.

If you look at the performance of this stock over the last year without the buyout, the average price, according to my e-trade charts is around 0.027 cents a share. Why would it fall off so drastically on the news or an unsolicited buy-out? BTW, and unsolicited buy-out is not unusual especially if the offering company wants to take the acquisition target private.
