im not going to pretend i know whats going on in their heads when they make deals but i do hope they made it for the right reasons...if it seems so silly to you what makes you think they never went through all these scenerios before making an agreement? it doesnt seem like you have any "maybes" about this it seems like you've convinced yourself you know exactly what is going on here...i doubt they would screw shareholders of vspc...what would that say to investors that may consider buying shares of vgref??
