ALLIED SECURITY INNOVATIONS RECOVERY PLAN SOLID AS OPERATING PROFITS SEE DRAMATIC INCREASEFARMINGDALE, NJ – Allied Security Innovations and CGM-AST, Allied’s wholly owned subsidiary, announce an increase in operating profits compared to third quarter 2009. Through September of 2010, the company has generated $338,407 in operating profit, compared to a loss of $227,031 reported for the same period in 2009, an increase of 338%.

“We are pleased to report this increase”, states Anthony Shupin, CEO of Allied Security Innovations. “2009 was a difficult year to overcome, but we have reduced our expense levels by over 27%, and are experiencing an increase in orders booked. Year to year, our business booked has increased by 16%, $3,022,783 in 2010 versus $2,594, 964 in the same period in 2009. There remains a strong market pull for tamper-evident products, and our brand of tapes and labels are world renowned.”

Company CFO, Michael Pellegrino adds, “We are managing to the gross margin, and continue to maintain a steady product profit in spite of increasing competition and raw material shortages. A case was brought against ERIK HOFFER who sold CGM to ADSV.. He got caught with his hand in the cookie jar.. TRUST ME.. He's caught.... I called and talked to Chris in Customer service just to see if he'd tell me anything and I made him repeat hisself 10 times telling me, " Sorry sir I can't comment ".. Ask for Chris because Tony the CEO is out making a deal...



On February 8, 2011, (Doc. 11CV877 US), CGM Applied Security Technologies, Inc., a New Jersey Corporation and Applied Security Innovations, Inc., a Delaware Corporation, filed suit in the Federal Court Southern District of New York, seeking both injunctive and monetary relief against Erik Hoffer, CGM Security Solutions, Inc., a Florida Corporation dba Rig Secure, Inc. and Navatech Container Security, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company, and Navatech USA, LLC, a Florida Limited Liability Company and Elizer Navarsky.

The Complaint alleges that Defendants, individually and severally, conspired to wrongfully and materially interfere with the business operations of the Plaintiffs by publishing false statements to the customers and investors, concerning the Plaintiffs' financial position. The Complaint further alleges that Defendants, jointly or severally, competed in violation of the Restrictive Covenant as part of the acquisition of Defendant Hoffer's company. The Complaint further alleges that Defendants, individually and severally, acted to divert commercial transactions away from Plaintiffs causing Plaintiffs to experience losses in sales and good will.

Filed simultaneously with the Complaint, is an application (Order To Show Cause) for Injunctive Relief, seeking suspension of Plaintiffs obligation to remit additional sums required as part of the acquisition. The application is supported by the Certification of Anthony Shupin, Plaintiffs' President, who asserts that the wrongful acts of Defendants have had a deleterious affect and seeks a Court Order authorizing the suspension of payments until further Order from the Court. Mr. Shupin's Certification states that all required past payments have been satisfied.
