Hi MiltonTonic, first time I see you on this board (I have given up looking at the sad events on the IDOI board)and assume you are responding to someone's remarks.

I don't understand the reason for your comments concerning the report of the quarter ending Sep.30. Is there something that we should be aware of now. Are you telling us that the amendment of the filing took place to change that portion of the 8K.

Please try to provide us with a better understanding as to why you decided to bring this to our attention at this time.
