Well, that's the problem with rumor mills....it's not fact...and can actually hurt the pps by disappointments and not meeting investor expectations.

I watched another stock in the MMJ sector announce approval for Frankfurt Stock Exchange ...and... no bounce.

I was thinking last week that the rumors going around about some big news might give a slight rise in pps only to be followed by a drop in pps. I have to agree with BillyGoat that bad news would be better than no news; at least with bad news we can make adjustments accordingly and reset our expectations.
