Someone correct me if I am wrong here-

APCX has dropped off a few of the CEO's who had then diluted, hence the price drop, Current CEO has established no R/S and from recent news i believe this to be outside funding so In My Opinion we are pretty safe from dilution. We are expecting possible share buy back program, additional funding and there was a filing on 1-31-11 aquiring updated status on pinks.. should have that news shortly...
