I agree with Luna- It is hard to get a lone for any type of property unless you have a big chunk to put down. This is mostly because of the economy. House is only the tip of the ice berg. Look around next time you are out and about at how many for rent or sale signs you see on buildings. Most are foreclosed on. Banks are being tight fisted.

Also - I think that Jim has a specific building in mind. Maybe the one that was being spoken of in SC.
