Yes I was and probably still am legally President. The resolution purporting to oust me was executed by fictitious people for some foreign shell companies that Paul Taylor had purportedly holding some stock.

I believe it could go as low as .0001. It is unlikely it will go higher than the current levels as Paul is already setting up dilution (see the Pink Sheets float numbers).

The bigger risk is suspension. I was contacted by FINRA who were very interested in the recent documents Mr. Taylor filed here and with the Secretary of State in Texas. They were very intrigued by his lack of mentioning any litigation against the Company or debts to NIR Group.
