it is not a good thing. when a company issues a press release stating that the holders of their stock will receive a dividend, then says that the reason that the dividend is not being issued as planned is s.e.c involvement, and that it will commence, than says the dividend will not be given out at all, it is not a good thing. this is going to be some shareholders meeting.
