I agree......smart speculators get in on the ground floor before all big PR hits the public. Smart speculators also use the negs and bashers as tools and gage when to enter as well as to reorganize their positions in and out of other stocks to fund stocks of potential at the very low share price.

With this company, once they get their administrative requirements out of the way......look out as they could be a 2 to 5 dollar stock in short time! JMO
