I seem to have a different opinion. Perhaps I`m wrong, but this is how I personally have always understood the story.
The company is now effectively an oil company. They just have a tiny bit of natural gas to sustain themselves, but they`re getting rid of it and converting to oil in a big way.
This company is very undervalued to an oil company. It would be accurately priced if it was a gas company. Gas is in a poor market, but oil is not.
The company has an average amount of debt on their shoulders, but they have a LOT more capital in the investment bank with who... Raymond James and somebody else. Was it JP Morgan? Oh well doesn`t matter.
The company is increasing oil DRAMATICALLY. 300% increase in one year, and a projected 50% oil increase this year.
It`s a small guess that they are running some very expensive drill rigs, BUT the drill rigs are operated by an excellent team. That`s what I discovered in my DD.
The CEO is real legit. He`s on the Forbes top 400, maybe like 250 or something.
This is a really hot stock. An increase in the price of oil could send this stock into a strong uptrend, oh but wait it already is in one.
Keep in mind I DON`T want to try to promote this stock at all. This is my opinion only. I`m not a certified securities professional, and I`m not qualified to make a recommendation. I am not making a recommendation. You shouldn`t be listening to me at all.
