Yep... "not" suggesting U's will receive 5 bucks... personally, and don't shoot the messenger (anyone)... I think U's will be fortunate to see one buck.

P's first... then U's.

Getting $1.7 BILLION from the grubby hands of the crooks to pay U's will be IMO a not so likely scenario.

P's payout is getting better by the day.
