I spoke to Beacon Last week, they are going to R/S the feeling is the shares outstanding need to be reduced. The problem they face right now is simply the revenue and profit numbers, my guess is they will R/S after the 4th qtr numbers release. I got out this morning been sitting on this for a while do not want to be in when the R/S happens.
