Looks like they are bringing in more equipment .

"The 882 mag can be shipped to Panama, duty free (Ship-in-Transit) and the same for the 858's (they can be shipped from and returned to Panama). Therefore, make arrangements to ship the 882 to Panama by the 25th of April. "

My guess is that things are going very well.
