1. AURIC Pharma Science will provide financial statements proving its ability to complete the purchase.
2. AURIC Pharma Science will provide detailed distribution network of its products and services.
3. Neuro-Biotech Corp. will provide patent information on all its exclusive products and services.
4. Neuro-Biotech Corp. will provide all previous and effected purchase orders, as well as future pending orders.
Both companies will also be signing a Non-Disclosure Agreement for certain areas of their due diligence but Neuro-Biotech Corp. intends on disclosing all possible information to its shareholders along the process.
