I have been in the food business for many years, and got in a couple months ago. I must say what they are trying to do is much needed in the finer restaurants. Logistics is always the difficulty along with timing. I get the impression they have a good handle on things and well planned for future growth. In this business it does not take many dissatisfied customers to bring things to a screeching halt. Just look at how many restaurants fail within the first 3 months of opening. I have high hopes for this company, and looking for them to deliver (no pun) long term.
