HyPower Fuel Patent Update on Existing and New "Game Changer" Technologies
CALGARY, ALBERTA, Feb 16, 2011 (MARKETWIRE via COMTEX) -- HyPower Fuel Inc. (PINK SHEETS: HYPF)
HyPower Fuel wishes to update its shareholders concerning the status of its patents presently in place, pending and expected to be filed in the near future on recent leading edge improvements on the "state of the art" technologies.
HyPower announced today the following:
- Hydrogen Reactor or H2R - Receipt of "Notice of Publication of Application" from the United States Patent Office;
- Biodiesel Process - filings of additional patent applications in multiple jurisdictions including the European Patent Office and most large biodiesel producing countries;
- New technologies - commencement of the process to conduct patent searches prior to filing patent applications on improved and new processes and devices, solely owned and/or co-owned and assigned.
