Go to their website and read about Stop and Yield signs. You will find that they basically say that investors should stay away.
So, if you are going to invest in a company and it has a Stop or Yield sign you will likely not make the investment.
On the other hand if the company is fully reporting then you at least know that the watchers of the pinksheets have at least held the company accountable to make their filings.
In some cases it allows people and institutions to invest where they otherwise would not.
The possible big deal about MediaG3 is that it was rumored that the company would release news and bring shareholders up to date after the Yield sign was removed.
So, we wait and see.
