Dude...Really? (that has been my one word pan feedback for a while now)

Just do me a favor. Sit with your friends and explain it like this.

"lets say I was in a car accident and i needed to call my insurance. I cant find the number." (turn on your speaker in your phone and text GEICO to go800) Let the service speak for itself. I have used go800 in just this emergency, and additionally to call AAA.

The twitter service is a new niche to get everyone familiar with the service. First convert the masses, then go after the companies. I have my own keyword, and I use it when meeting new people, or pitching the service.

Gallagher used to do a bit about how much better it would be to dial someone's name rather than a phone number...If you called Mary...Mary would be there! It may be the wrong Mary, but at least you'd know their name.
