exactly.."there is flexibility and allowances for situations"..the complexities of these situations are mind boggling and takes professionals to navigate though it all..even if there is some trigger here that took place im sure "regulators" would bring it to Vince's attentions and give him the opportunity to make the correct changes.. they dont just "Cease and Desist" a company because they gained a few more share holders
