I'm not twisting anything at all. I have no problem with a company issuing stock to promote growth. Especially a company with revenue. But doing convertibles with a variable conversion rate totally destroys shareholder value as every penny you put in is instantly diluted by more conversions. The lower the PPS the more shares are absorbed into the float. It is a bad deal. The only saving grace is with float increased to 600 mil the conversion should be halfway done anyways.

And you've confirmed what I have been saying. They are about maxed on AS which means if they can't get the share price up they will not have enough shares left for the debt conversions. That's when they will RS the OS.
