clownman,

Your thought process is pretty much exactly what I went through post facto. And truth be told, I really still don't know what to make of his reaction....which is why I am hoping another poster can contact him (as long as they are respectful and sound somewhat educated about the company, he will be happy to talk to you), and address this issue to see what he says, along with requesting that the T/A grant persmission to release the SS.

But having thought the whole thing through, I have decided not to bail on the company, because I think his point in being curt and directing me to the 10K and specifically to the new share agreement (which he did not direct me to, but in a follow up email, stated that this section was what he meant), was to say "Look at the investment I have made in Trey with my personal monies! Isn't it obvious that I sold out of all my non derivatives to free up additional cash for this deal??"

Maybe it wasn't obvious, but when someone uses their personal money for any issue, they sometimes feel that is a "personal" issue, and don't feel comfotable speaking with others on the matter...kind of like asking someone how much they paid for their home....? In other words, it wasn't company money used in that deal..it was out of his own pocket. So maybe this was why he reacted the way he did when I asked him about selling off his holdings.

I don't know if I am rationalizing the situation, but as I said, at this point I am going to hold out to see what evidence arises, if any, for the share reduction as well as the T/A debacle...and if those two issues demonstrate the action behind the words...then I will stay put.

As for the issue of dissing a shareholder, especially one he had spoken with on the phone and with whom he developed a solid rapport, I can only surmise one conclusion. He really doesn't give a crap...which I have to hope means that he knows that once the big news starts rollin in, the traders won't "give a crap" either!

Remember people to only play with the money your wife/husband/significant other won't disembowel you for should you lose everything if your stock goes the way of the dodo!

JMHO!
