I remember that someone mentionned that registrar could not provide the TA because a 10Q will be released soon ....

Actually, The 10-Q is due 35 days (it used to be 45 days) after each of the first three fiscal quarters.

December 31st is the close year end period. According to me, we should probably wait the annual report ( Mid April ).

OR ... another news release with the new TA !!!!
